- A lot of information for a long term are stored in memory

Memory Planning
- Students can do revision and remember notes that give from instructors or they have read.
- Memorise information not an easy thing. But this way can make us more effective to memorise the notes.
- Massed practice-Students not recomended to use this way to memorise. Read all notes in one time and remember our brain can't arrange all information in one time.
- Spaced practice-a study that involved time over period for learning. After reading notes,take a break to recall the information.
- Read at least one or two chapter per day before seat for your final examination. Do not read all chapter in one day only or a day before exam.
- Read the notes more than one time.
What is the meaning of concentration?

Ways to make better concentration
- Organised and motivational your preparation-make your notes more interesting,have positive attitude to accomplish your work,have a good time-management,make a goal setting to motivate you.
- Make a good learning environment-search a good location,lessen multi-tasking,lessen distraction.
- Deal with private distractions-deal with personal issue,deal with competing life.
- Use active learning ways for example discuss in a group
- Identified your learning ways to the task.
